Note: European citizens residing in one of the countries of the European Union are ineligible for the Expat plans.

Zone 1

Worldwide excluding your Country of Origin, the European Union if you permanently reside there and the Restricted Areas.

Zone 2

Worldwide excluding the USA, Bahamas, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Panama, Singapore, Switzerland, United Kingdom, your Country of Origin, the European Union if you permanently reside there and the Restricted Areas.

Zone A (USA)

Alaska, California, New Jersey, New York, Texas.

Zone B (USA)

All other U.S. states.

Smoking status

Different premium rates apply depending on whether you are a smoker or non-smoker.
