Find your U.S. provider network
Royal, Elite, USC Elite, OPT and J-related plans may route to UHC, Aetna or Keck. Each plan card below shows the provider logo badge students are most likely to recognize.
Select your plan family
Each card includes the provider network badge so students can build a quick association between plan name and network provider.
Now match the actual provider logo on your ID card
This is the most important step. The provider logo on the card overrides the general plan recommendation above.
Where to check the provider network
On most GGS insurance cards, the provider network is shown clearly in the NETWORK section near the upper-middle part of the card.
- Look for the word NETWORK and the provider name next to it.
- This area may show names such as UnitedHealthcare Options PPO, Aetna or another network.
- Use that provider name to match the correct card below and open the right doctor search link.

Identify the New Zealand provider brand
New Zealand members mainly need to recognize whether they are with OrbitProtect or Uni-Care. The provider logo blocks below make this distinction more immediate.

Uni-Care
Uni-Care generally uses a medical-care and claims pathway rather than a fixed provider directory like a PPO network.

Confirm the provider network before care.
Visual logo recognition helps the user get to the right place faster, but the final confirmation should always happen with the clinic or insurer.
Compare the page badge with the exact logo printed on the insurance card.
Confirm copay, deductible, coinsurance, gap fees or upfront payment requirements.
Specialists, imaging, hospital care and planned treatment may require additional approval.
The clinic may need the member ID, group number and provider phone number.
Call 911 in the United States, 000 in Australia, or 111 in New Zealand, or go to the nearest emergency department.

Check both the front and back of your insurance ID card.
- The provider logo may appear near the top-right corner, claims section or provider instructions area.
- Look for UHC, Aetna, First Health, Keck Medicine, Medibank, Allianz, Bupa, nib, OrbitProtect or Uni-Care.
